The dialer status should display as active (green). It may indicate an issue with the audio input or microphone configuration if it appears inactive (red).
Here's how to fix this error
Step 1: Click on the "Lock" icon, located in the upper left of your browser
Step 2: Click the drop-down menu beside "Microphone."
Step 3: Select "Allow" then reload the page.
Check your internet connection.
If needed, please temporarily switch to a backup internet connection.
Please start with basic troubleshooting steps: log out of your account and log back in. If the issue persists, try accessing the platform using a different browser—TYMBL works best with Google Chrome. You can also try using Incognito mode for a clean session.
Check if other audio devices are connected (e.g., camera microphone).
Check if Bluetooth is on—turning it off can also help.
Ensure your headset is powered on before dialing or logging in. If the headset is off, the system may default to the webcam mic or other audio devices, and it may not automatically switch back even if the headset is turned on. This will result in the status of the dialer being inactive.
Check if VPN is on—you can try turning it off.
Please check dialer errors by pressing F12 after an attempt. It should bring you to a page—select the Console tab to see the results. Keep a screenshot.
