Yes, we have worked with a couple of CRMs who are able to successfully use TYMBL as their VoIP used to call the leads from the CRM.

Here are a few of the list and the instructions:

Mojo:

1. Select a market/lead list to call.

2. Once selected, click on "Power Dialer"

3. Once on the Power ialer page, it will show you other settings.

4. Look for the button that says "Start Power Dialer"

5. After doing step 4, it should route you the page where it gives you a summary of what that market/lead list contains. Like how many numbers to call.

6. You can look for the button that says " Start Dialing".

7. After step 7, it should route you to a page that will ask you to dial a number from your phone or VoIP system so to connect to the CRM. It will also give you the pin code that you need to enter into the VoIP system once the recording asks you to enter it.

8. After step 7, it should now show a play button that you can click once you are ready to start calling.

Sierra Interactive:

1. When logged in to Sierra Interactive, Please go to the profile and click Edit profile.

2. Once you are in the “Edit Profile” page, please click the dialer tab.

3. You will be asked to enter a different phone number, once done, fill out the new number and click “call to verify”.

4. Once you click the button, the CRM will display a code that you need to enter into the VoIP so the number can be confirmed. Simply enter the code and it should record the phone number to the CRM as a VOIP to call the leads.
