TYMBL allows a user to have incoming calls forwarded to a different number when no one is available to answer the call. This is made possible using TYMBL’s call-forwarding feature.


Users will also have the option to turn on and turn off the feature depending on their preference.


Please see the instructions below:


  1. Go to your “account settings” page.



  1. From the “call settings” page, look for “call forwarding”. Turn it on, enter the phone number that you want to forward the call to, and click save.



  1. If you want to turn off the feature, you can do the same process by removing the phone number and clicking the off button. Do not forget to click "save".
