Tymbl's Triple Line Dialer was designed to increase calling efficiency. Make thousands of dials per day! dialing between single, double, and triple line dialing. Flexible enough for all of your prospecting needs. It enables those who purchase the Triple Line package to dial up to three leads at once as a way to get through a long list of contacts in a short period of time. 

IMPORTANT:

• This feature is only available if you have purchased the Tymbl Triple Line subscription. None of the other call packages include multi-line dialing. 
• You can make thousands of calls per day in the 2 or 3-line modes. There is no limit to the number of calls that can be made in the single-line mode with the Triple Line Dialer package. Unlimited outbound/inbound VoIP calls and texts.

How to use the Triple Line feature:

1. Access your Campaigns Tab 

2. Select the Campaign that you want to work with

3. Click the Start Auto-dialing button 

4. If you want to dial out with more than one line, choose either "2" or "3"  for Number of Lines to Dial, once selected it will start the auto-dial feature

*IMPORTANT: It is important to note that currently, there is no way to identify whether a call is being answered by a real person or a voice machine. This means that any time a call is answered/picked up as shown below, it is possible that it is only an automatic voice message machine that answered, not a real person.
