26 STEPS
1. You can access and add notes to a lead in the Campaigns and Search Tab.
2. Select a campaign - FSBO
3. This is the lead that we're adding a note to Laura Nelson
4. Notes can be found by accessing the Lead information pane.
5. Click the Notes Tab
6. Click Write New Note
7. Note Title is optional. To add a title click Note title
8. Type Note title and Press Tab
9. Type Note text
10. Click Add Notes
11. Click close
12. You can only add a maximum of 6 notes per lead.
13. Click Add Notes
14. An error message will appear once the limit is reached.
15. Click Add Notes
16. Click Note text
17. Another way of adding notes is through the search option.
18. Click Three or more characters
19. Click Three or more characters
20. Search for a lead by Typing Three or more characters and Press Enter
21. Hover your mouse to the Notes tab then
22. Click to add a note
23. Click Note text
24. Type Note text
25. Click Add Notes
26. That's it. You're done.
