Make sure that you have formatted your CSV properly.

Your .CSV must have the following column headers to successfully import leads. First Name, Last Name or FullName and Phone. The following optional fields will also be imported: address, email, notes as well as any column that contains other phone numbers. PLEASE NOTE: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DELETE OTHER FIELDS EXPORTED FROM CRM. THE SYSTEM WILL SIMPLY IGNORE THEM.
